Ann is a Partner in our Silicon Valley office and leads Lonergan Partners’ Online Services, Software, and Communications Practices. With over twenty-five years of technology market experience, Ann has built winning teams across the technology spectrum at service providers, software and Web 2.0 firms funded by venture investors such as Greylock Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, Matrix Partners, Mayfield Fund, Summit Partners, Accel, and Benchmark Capital. Ann has performed recent executive search projects for: Narus, Tessera, Global IP Solutions, Infoblox, Utterli, Kadoink and Skire as well as many other firms. She specializes in Sales and Marketing placements as well as conducting searches for CEO and Board positions.
Prior to joining Lonergan Partners, Ann was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NorthPoint Communications, a pioneering carrier (CLEC). Ann launched the company and led the national roll out of DSL based local access services, successfully negotiating relationships with major carriers well as ISPs, generating revenue growth while helping to lead NorthPoint through an Initial Public Offering.
Before NorthPoint, Ann was CEO of Cambio Networks, a private company in the change and asset management space. Previously, Ann held Vice President level positions in Sales and Marketing at a number of technology companies at different stages of growth: these include 3Com, Ascend Communications, Fibermux (acquired by ADC Telecommunications), and Micom (acquired by Nortel).
Ann holds a BA degree in English from Rutgers University. She and her husband have lived, worked, and raised a family in the San Francisco Bay Area for fifteen years.
