Camella Mumm

Camella Mumm is the Partner in charge of Research and Quality. In this role, Camella works closely with recruiters and clients, first to develop quality search strategies, and then to identify, cultivate, evaluate, and manage prospective candidates. Her role includes market research and candidate development for national searches in the online services, communications, software, and electronics markets.
In her fifteen years of experience in executive search, Camella has been a contributing team member on hundreds of senior technology search assignments at the CEO and executive management levels.
Prior to joining Lonergan Partners in 2005, Camella spent ten years at Heidrick & Struggles, Inc [Nasdaq:HSII] as a Senior Associate focused on recruiting senior technology executives for CTO, CIO and Vice President of Engineering positions. Earlier at Heidrick & Struggles, Camella was the Information Manager for the firm’s Global Technology Practice, providing research to the Partners internationally.
Camella has a BS in Human Resource Management and is a Member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. Originally from Arizona, Camella lives in the Silicon Valley with her husband and children.
