Dotty Schaffer is a Partner in our Silicon Valley office and leads our firm’s Semiconductor, Electronics and Clean Tech Practices. In her fifteen years as an executive recruiter, she has made successful senior executive placements at such companies as: Xilinx [Nasdaq: XLNX], Cypress Semiconductor [NYSE: CY], Zilog [Nasdaq: ZLOG], Cirrus Logic [Nasdaq: CRUS], and Silicon Graphics [Nasdaq: SGIC], as well as many venture-backed and entrepreneurial early and mid-stage companies. Dotty specializes in CFO placements as well as conducting searches for CEO and Board positions.
Prior to joining Lonergan Partners, Dotty was a partner with Heidrick and Struggles, Inc. [Nasdaq: HSII] where she focused on technology markets. Dotty holds a BA degree in Music from Bowling State University. She and her husband Chris have raised a family in the San Francisco Bay Area for twenty-five years.
