Lonergan Partners is pleased to announce that Keith Jones has been named Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Rambus. The search was led by Michael Cunningham.
About Keith
Prior to joining Rambus, Keith served as Worldwide Corporate Controller, VP of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer at ShoreTel, prior to their acquisition by Mitel in 2017. In this role, he was responsible for the management of corporate accounting including administering worldwide closing process, staff supervision, external financial reporting and accounting policy implementation. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance and Administration for PDFSolutions where he was responsible for the integrity of all financial information within the organization and oversaw the company’s expansion into strategic geographic areas including China, Korea, Taiwan and Singapore. Prior, Keith served as the Assistant Controller at Interwoven and the Corporate Controller at e-Time Capital. He began his career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche.
Keith holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University in Fresno.
